Case Study: Complete Project Resource Brand Refresh
December 20th, 2024 | By Katryna EastwoodIn July 2024, Kinetic Greenhouse partnered with Complete Project Resource (CPR) to enhance its brand and online presence, adapting to the increasing digital focus across industries. I had the privilege of leading this project with our talented digital and creative team. Our goal was to strategically elevate the CPR brand, aligning it with the simple, modern designs that Louie, the owner, brings to his home development projects.
One of my favorite moments during this project was when Louie shared one of his favorite baseball caps to inspire the new brand colors. We incorporated a similar color palette, reflecting something he already loved, into the brand for the business he has worked so hard to build.
This thoughtful collaboration on branding laid the foundation for a comprehensive transformation, which we captured in the following case study.
Opportunity
Founded with the goal of simplifying the construction process for homeowners in Big Sky country, Complete Project Resource has a deep understanding of the client’s perspective which positions them uniquely in the crowded construction market. The challenge CPR faced was an outdated brand image that didn’t fully reflect its innovative and client-centric approach to construction project management.
The primary goal of this project was to reposition Complete Project Resource as a trusted, professional, and innovative partner in construction project management, emphasizing their unique owner’s representation services. They also wanted a refreshed website to reflect their updated brand image and improve their visibility in the Bozeman area.
Actions
Kinetic Greenhouse conducted extensive research, including market analysis, competitor research, and stakeholder interviews to understand the needs and perceptions of their target audience. Our team created a new logo, color palette, and typography that reflect the company’s values of professionalism, trust, and innovation in construction project management. This was followed by a website refresh that modified the website to be more user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with the new brand identity.
Results
CPR presented the rebrand to clients and partners through various channels, ensuring that each audience understood the reasons behind the rebrand and what it meant for them—emphasized the continued commitment to simplifying the construction process and delivering exceptional client service. The client noted that they received positive feedback from clients on the new brand identity and improved website functionality.
But don’t just trust us, hear from Louie Loucks, the founder of CPR. “Keeping our website and image fresh and up to date is something that I’ve been wanting to tackle for years, and I was never able to dedicate the time required to getting it completed. That is of course, until you and your team at Kinetic found a way to break this scope down and keep me focused on getting it done parts at a time. Kinetic was able to work with me through this process on my schedule, and within a budget that worked for our company goals. I really appreciated your team’s support and collaboration throughout this process. I would not have been able to do it alone, and frankly, I would not have focused the energy on it. Your team and your approach were what I needed to move this work forward. Thank you for your efforts!”
The rebranding process was a success for both Complete Project Resource and Kinetic Greenhouse, aligning the company’s brand identity with its mission and values, and setting a strong foundation for future growth.
